Welcome to my kitchen! I’m Aly, the one-woman show behind Aly's Scratch Bakery. My life is a mix of two very different passions. By day, I’m a nurse at a local med spa, helping people feel confident and beautiful in their own skin; by night, I channel that same precision, care, and attention to detail when baking cakes and cupcakes that are as delicious as they are beautiful. 

As a solo baker, I personally handle every step of the process. Whether it’s a tiered wedding cake, a whimsical celebration cake, or a batch of gourmet cupcakes, I believe that a cake should taste even better than it looks. Using only real, high-quality ingredients, I pour my heart into creating edible art that brings joy and helps you celebrate life’s biggest milestones.
