All cakes are made fresh to order, always from scratch. Prices listed below are the starting prices for basic designs customized for you. Custom elements - florals, metallic accents, cake toppers, and other highly decorated designs will incur additional labor and supply costs.
• Serving Sizes are approximate and based off of the average 1.5"-2" party slice
• Other combination of tier sizes available, please inquire
• Each cake tier consists of three layers of cake, two layers of filling, and stands roughly 5" tall, extra tall cakes are available upon request

Terms & Conditions
1: Your initial deposit reserves your event date & is non-refundable.
2: Aly's must receive the agreed upon balance 2 weeks prior to the event otherwise contract is
rendered invalid. Furthermore, any form of deposit will be forfeited.
3: The date of your final payment is the final date for any changes of size, style, or flavors of
cake and/or baked goods. Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed & may
be subject to additional charges.
4: Seasonal items may incur additional charges or may be substituted if unavailable for
agreed upon time of delivery.
5: Aly's is not responsible for any damage to the cake and/or baked goods after setup is
complete. Clients are responsible for providing an appropriate secure table & environment
for your cake and/or baked goods. Cakes can be heavy and/or delicate which require a sturdy
table along with an optimal room temperature of 75 or below.
6: If flowers are provided by an outside source, Aly's will apply at no additional cost. The
client acknowledges that fresh flowers are not intended as a food product & may contain
pesticides, insects, dirt, or other contaminants.
7: If the client or representative elect is to pickup & set up the cake and/or baked goods, the
client will assume all liability & responsibility for the condition of the cake and/or baked
goods once it leaves Aly's possession.
8: On occasion Aly's will photograph the finished products & reserve the right to use any
photographs for display or promotion without compensation to the client.
9: Aly's products may contain or come in contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, & other
allergens. The client agrees to notify their guests of this risk & holds Aly's Scratch Bakery
not responsible for allergic reactions.
10: Rentals must be returned within 5 business days of event, or deposit will be forfeited.
11: Performance of this contract is contingent upon the ability of Aly's to complete the
agreement & is subject to labor disputes, accidents, Acts of God, & other causes beyond Aly's
control.
